CodeSet Workbench

Terms of Service

Last updated November 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Gript Technologies LLC (“Gript”, “we”, “us”), the company that operates CodeSet Workbench at algmd.com and app.algmd.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

What the Service does

CodeSet Workbench helps analysts draft ICD-10-CM diagnosis code sets (value sets) for research and analytics, such as cohort definitions, registries and real-world-evidence studies. It searches the published ICD-10-CM classification, applies coding rules, compares drafts with published code lists, and can use AI models to propose and explain include/exclude decisions. You can review, change and export every result.

Not for billing or clinical decisions

The Service drafts code sets for analytical use with human review. It is not a medical coding, billing, claims or clinical decision-support tool, and its output is not professional advice. AI-assisted suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing any code set before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Plans, payment and cancellation

The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-drafted code sets; unused allowance does not carry over. Prices are shown on our pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Applicable taxes are calculated and charged by Paddle at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then returns to Free. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You own the descriptions you enter and the code sets you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the Service for you, including sending your descriptions to our AI provider for processing. We don’t sell your content or use it to market to others.

Our content and third-party data

The Service, its software and design belong to Gript. ICD-10-CM is published by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS); comparator lists come from public U.S. government sources. We don’t guarantee the accuracy or currency of third-party data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature we’ll give reasonable notice. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Gript is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
